We can walk you through the process and help you get your equipment here. If you need to purchase a shipping label, or assistance in how to package your equipment we can help. A signed RMA form is required to ship in your product, be sure to put your ASSIGNED RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend getting a tracking number and insurance for any equipment you ship in.
