  • Product must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery to an Authorized SCI Service Center.

    Returns for refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

    * Return is shipped within 15 days of delivery date.
    * Returned product is in new unused condition with all included items and packaging
    * Customer has called and received an RMA number prior to shipping
    * Product is repackaged properly for damage free shipping
    * A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
    * Customer will pay all freight charges.

    *Refund does not include shipping/handling fees. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected packages. It is recommended that the customer insure the package for its full retail value.
